- 3 tablespoons of Pumpkin Puree
- 1.5 cups of Plain or unsweetened vanilla almond/cashew/coconut milk/1% fat or less milk
- A dash of cinnamon or 1-2 cinnamon sticks
- 1/2 - 1 tsp. of Pumpkin spice
- Stevia (more or less depending how sweet you like it)
Store the leftovers in refrigerator for up to 1 week. Shake well before using.
