My clients love TRX! But what is it? TRX uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. With adjustable straps that are locked into an elevated steady surface, you can workout your entire body. As you can see here, Tom is using the TRX suspension training to do squats. The nice thing about TRX is that you can adjust your workout to exactly the level you're at. My clients also love it because it really does allow them extra support with balance.
