Fear. It's within us for a reason: to survive, to protect us from danger, but plenty of times, we experience that same flight or fight fear when it comes to something that isn't going to kill us: public speaking, asking someone out on a date, going for that dream career, taking that once in a lifetime trip. Other times, fear shows up in other ways. It's sneaky. Maybe we just avoid, make excuses, procrastinate, self-medicate, over-eat, sleep, make a joke out of it. So my question is, what's on the other side of that fear? If you push through the fear and really go for it, what would you do? Because let's face it. Fear will always be there to some extent (As far as I know), I think what we choose to do with the fear is up to us. What would you do if you weren't afraid?
